Vinyasa Yoga with Masha - Cycles of Change

This practice embodies the rhythms of creation, balance, and release, guiding you through breath-led sequences that mirror the experience of Trimūrti - the idea that the universe is sustained by three divine functions - a cycle of creation, balance, and dissolution.

Flowing between energizing postures and grounding stillness, we'll explore the beauty of transformation - honoring beginnings, sustaining presence, and letting go. Rooted in yogic philosophy, the class invites you to embrace impermanence with steadiness, finding wisdom and grace within each cycle of change.

Masha is a certified yoga & stretching teacher specializing in Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa yoga, known for her fluid yet strong sequences that inspire self-exploration and transformation. Educated in the heart of Bali, Masha brings a soulful and globally informed approach to her classes. Her teaching blends dynamic movement with creative sequencing - bridging movement and energy in a way that feels both refined, invigorating, and grounded.

This community class is offered with love and openness. Donations of $5–$25 are warmly appreciated - but never expected.

We suggest bringing your own mat and towel. A limited number of mats will be available from the studio for a $3 rental. Yoga blocks will be provided for free. A bottle of water might be handy as well. ❤️

We’ll gather at Sonic Yoga, a welcoming sanctuary just 5 minutes from Columbus Circle.
