Over two decades ago, Amy embarked on a journey that would profoundly shape her life: she attended her first yoga class in the bustling streets of New York City. From that moment on, she was hooked. In 2010, Amy deepened her commitment to yoga by becoming a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga instructor through Laughing Lotus in New York City. Since then, she has shared her passion for Vinyasa flow in various settings, including corporate environments and private sessions.
