About this Event
Each class takes you on a full circle: from intuitive warm up with cat&cows shapes, building heat in vinyasa flows, all using breath to keep the mind focused. The practices are challenging and rewarding with final rest at the end you'll be longing for.
Don't forget to bring your mat and a water bottle!
👁 Shift Perspective In this block we flip the way we usually practice — instead of always facing the front of the mat, we move in a circular journey around it using mandala and half-mandala sequences.

Who's the teacher?
I'm Paulina - I practice vinyasa yoga and outside of the mat I'm a business owner and finance professional. My practices are inspired by my work, or rather a way to balance it and give my mind a break. It's not for beginners, but those who want to learn the self control of the mind through their bodies.

My students often say that these classes make them feel super energized, not the kind of heart pumping way you wouldn't want at 8.30pm, but in a focused and calm way.
