Join me every Tuesday from 1930-2030 starting January 6 for a breath-centered yoga practice designed for both new and experienced students. This class blends traditional yoga with a modern twist, connecting intentional movement with steady, supportive breathing to build strength, flexibility, and mindful awareness. Each sequence is inspired by the grounding rhythms of nature and the shifting energy of the moon’s cycles, encouraging balance and presence on and off the mat. Options and variations are offered throughout so you can move safely and confidently in a way that supports your body.Pricing: A €15, B €10, or R €5 (pay what you can between €5-€15). Cash or Tikkie accepted.

Some props and yoga mats will be available to use. Please bring your own water.
