Vinyasa + Sound Bath At The Pilot Project

We will be moving through an all-levels flow that will help you connect deeper with your body and practice. The class will be guided by Analisia White (Yoga By Analisia), a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with experience in several styles ranging from Vinyasa to Yin. This will be a slow flow with modifications always offered. We will finish our flow with a sound bath in savasana. We will be flowing in The Pilot Project Brewery Venue space located behind the dining area.

Crystal sound bowls will be used to help create a safe space to feel the sound in and around the body.

W ARNING: Sometimes sound bowls can be triggering or cause intense emotion - if sound healing is not something that you enjoy, it is okay to leave early or step out.

All levels welcome!

ONLY 15$ (+taxes) but space is limited, registration is required

NOTES:

Please bring a yoga mat, however yoga mats will be available if needed.

Props will be available

$5 Beer offered after and before class. Feel free to come early/stay after to chat and socialize with this growing community!
