Breathe deep, flow gently, and renew your mind and body.
Escape the daily rush and step into the soothing, mineral-rich environment of the salt cave for a truly unique yoga experience. This all-levels Vinyasa flow class seamlessly blends the healing benefits of halotherapy (salt therapy) with mindful, breath-synchronized movement.
Guided by Helena (RYT 200), this class is designed to help you slow down, ground your energy, and find your natural rhythm. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, every posture can be modified to suit your body’s needs.
What to Expect:
In this gentle yet rejuvenating flow, you will move through a sequence of postures designed to build strength, release tension, and open up the body:
- Mindful Breathing (Pranayama): We begin with grounding breathwork to help you fully inhale the micro-particles of therapeutic salt, cleansing your respiratory system.
-Accessible Flow: A slow, steady Vinyasa sequence that connects breath to movement, focusing on alignment, flexibility, and balance.
-Deep Relaxation: We finish with a restorative Savasana, allowing the body to absorb the physical benefits of the practice while soaking in the calm, ambient glow of the salt cave.
Why Practice in a Salt Cave?
-Combining yoga with halotherapy amplifies the healing benefits of your practice:
- Enhanced Respiratory Health: Inhaling the dry, salt-infused air helps clear airways, reduce inflammation, and improve lung capacity.
-Deep Stress Relief: The negative ions in the salt cave naturally promote relaxation, helping to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
-Skin & Immune Support: Salt’s natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties help soothe the skin and boost overall wellness.
