Rise, move, and flow into your day with intention. Join us for Morning Vinyasa Flow at Evolve Dance and Fitness, where breath and movement come together in an energizing, feel-good practice. This dynamic class links poses in a smooth, creative sequence designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and awaken both body and mind.

Expect a gentle warm-up, invigorating sun salutations, and flowing standing sequences that leave you feeling refreshed, focused, and ready to take on the day. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this welcoming all-levels class offers modifications and options so everyone can move at their own pace.

This is a general RSVP for the class. A separate $10 invoice to pay will be emailed or show-up day of for $15. These are drop-in rates. Ask about our specials/ packages!
