We’re excited to welcome Bess Prescott to Folde Yoga School for a Vinyasa masterclass rooted in knowledge, precision, and heart.
Bess is often described as a “teacher’s teacher” - Bess is someone whose depth, clarity, and rigour offer valuable insight for both dedicated practitioners and fellow teachers alike.
In this two-hour masterclass, Bess will guide us through a dynamic and intelligently sequenced asana practice, exploring creative transitions and challenging shapes. With an emphasis on stability and integrity over range, this session invites you to refine your awareness and deepen your understanding of movement and alignment.
We will explore:
Precise, considered cues to refine your practice
A practice that prioritises stability and integrity over range
Hands-on guidance and adjustments
Incorporation of philosophical themes from non-brahminical texts, with a critical lens
