Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, fostering a restorative practice emphasizing balance, strength, and flexibility. We are an inclusive space for all people to join us in practice.
