Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga Class

Join us for a dynamic Vinyasa Flow session that gets your body moving, followed by a soothing Yin Yoga segment to relax and release tension. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class balances breath, movement, and deep stretches to leave you feeling refreshed and calm. Bring your mat and let’s flow together! All levels are welcome.

When you arrive, you can park for free anywhere in the plaza. Please find this side of the building and go to the second floor, use the door on the right.
