About this Event
Vinyasa flow for all levels in a serene outdoor setting amongst the beautiful Bamboo and Orchid Garden.
The flow will be guided by Mayce Palker, founder of Mindful Healing Co. After the flow, enjoy a relaxing sound bath meditation. My hope is that after the class, you will feel a renewed sense of energy ♡
The class takes place upstairs on the covered Serenity Deck, a perfect oasis for relaxation as you find your flow, connect, and tune inwards.
Class will start at 10:00am. Come early to find parking and get your spot! Bring a mat and water
Tickets are $20 in advance, $22 day of.
