Join us for a dynamic weekend intensive designed to support yoga teachers in deepening both their personal practice and teaching approach. Whether you’re earning continuing education credits or working toward your 500-hour certification, this training offers valuable insights and advanced techniques.
Together, we’ll explore innovative methods for sequencing and cueing Vinyasa and advanced asanas. Drawing from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and other foundational texts, we’ll look at how to reimagine familiar postures, challenge habitual patterns, and make space for autonomy, inclusivity, and somatic awareness in your classes.
