Come join Erica Penny, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate for a vintage mindfulness workshop at 8300 Health Park in Raleigh, NC. You'll park near Entrance C and we'll meet in the Takes a Village Space, Suite 228. We will briefly learn about the tradition and history of Holiday garlands as they originated in Europe and came along with settlers in Colonial America. We will create a beautiful garland for you to take home to remind you of our mindful time together. $40 per participant (will include a make and take garland and some light refreshments)
