Celebrating Community Engagement Through the Festival!Vince Harper’s South Park Day & Night Festival. Don’t let the name mislead you. It’s for everyone in the community. This marks the 16th year of this event.
The festival was created to showcase the vibrancy of South Park residents, promote various ways for them to connect with the community, and discourage youth from joining gangs. Over time, it has transformed into a lively event offering free opportunities to explore the abundant resources in the City of Santa Rosa and the County.
