Join us December 6th starting at 4 PM for the Village of Florida Tree Lighting. The Florida Chamber of Commerce will be serving hot cocoa, Golden Hill PTA will have a craft table, Florida Lions Club will be handing out goodies, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts will be fundraising, and there will be a special visit from Santa & friends on a Fire Truck at approximately 4:30. The actual tree lighting will happen at dark. This year’s event will be slightly scaled down and located closer to the tree and the Presbyterian Church lawn as a safety precaution due to the unknown progress of the Main Street roadwork construction.
