The Village Design Statement outlines how we envision any development to unfold in terms of design, including its visual appearance, integration, layout, form, scale, landscaping, materials, detailing, and response to climate change, with a focus on preventing harm to the village environment. The discussion will focus on what residents think about their village and how it should move forward.
