Join the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation's Women in Business Committe and the Tamaqua Chamber for our Village at Houser's Crossing Tour & Yoga Retreat on Thursday, May 22 from 5-7 PM.
Escape the mid-week hustle and bustle and unwind with us at the Village at Houser's Crossing in Tamaqua - nestled on ten private acres of river and mountain terrain, their high-end accommodations are designed to provide a serene escape! Our evening begin will an all-levels relaxation yoga session, followed by a self-guided tours of the grounds with our host, Carolee, available to answer any questions you might have about the homes and property. We'll convene for a bit of networking along the firepit!

About our Yoga Session, lead by Lisa Mo: this 60-minute all-levels yoga session, led by RYT 500+ Lisa Molendini of Flow Yoga with Lisa Mo, set to a playlist of empowering songs by our favorite female artists of yesterday and today! Together we'll move our bodies and work with our breath surrounded by the beauty of nature, and end with a guided deep relaxation to let the stress melt away. This experience is appropriate for those with all levels of yoga experience - beginners welcome!
Please dress comfortably for movement and weather, bring a bottle of water and arrive a few minutes early to sign in and set up your space. A limited number of yoga mats will be available to borrow if needed, but please bring your own if you are able! A large beach towel or blanket makes a great mat when practicing on the grass.
