Hello everyone!VIIVNCAUS Hmong Women's Group is planning to host a Men’s and Women’s tournament on Saturday, May 17, 2025, to help fundraise for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year.
Post a status or message a host to sign your team up!
$100 registration ($90 if you provide a net) and $40 deposit for trash and reffing.
YOU WILL GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK IF YOU CLEAN UP YOUR AREA AND FINISH REFFING!!!!
LATE FEE; if teams want to sign up the week OF, we will charge an extra $20
Spots are only secured after payment!
❗️Payment is due May 5th @10pm. ❗️
❗️Last day to back out for a FULL REFUND is May 5th, 2025 @10pm
❗️Since VIIVNCAUS is a student organization, there will be no alcohol or smoking on the premises! If seen, teams will be charged an extra $50❗️
Location: Prosperity Park, 1632 Ivy Ave E, St Paul, MN 55106
Captain's meeting will start at 8:15am with the first game starting at 8:30 sharp. Losers ref. Teams playing the second game will split ref's first game.

‼️ HMONG RULES ‼️
-Serves MUST CLEAR the net. If the tape hits the net, the other team will be awarded the point
-NO STEPPING on the middle line, stepping on the middle line will result in a point for the other team
-If you HIT the ball outside the pole it is no good
-Min 4 players on the court
-Max of 10 players per team
-Setter does not have to rotate unless playing 3 hitters: No need to stack if playing 3 hitters
-Round robin, rally to 21 caps at 25
-Single elimination playoffs
-We will take the top 2 or 3, depending on how many teams play
-Losers ref
-Whatever ref calls go!
The tournament is open to everyone!! There are no 2 non-Asian rules!
*VIIVNCAUS WILL NOT be liable for any injuries! So play at your own risk!*
