Vignoble des Cabottes Wine Dinner

Vignoble des Cabottes is a newly established winery in Burgundy, France, created in 2025 by Artémis Domaines to steward some of the region’s most iconic premier and grand cru parcels. Spanning 35 hectares of prestigious vineyards, the estate encompasses the celebrated historical holdings of Bouchard Père & Fils, including benchmark sites in Chevalier-Montrachet, Montrachet, and the revered Vigne de l’Enfant Jésus. Named for the traditional stone huts that dot the Burgundian landscape, the domaine is rooted in a deep respect for terroir, guided by a commitment to organic and sustainable viticulture. A state-of-the-art winery currently under construction in Puligny-Montrachet will soon serve as the home for these exceptional wines, marking an exciting new chapter for this storied land.
