Kviečiame jus į seminarą apie lauko teoriją ir dialogą geštalto terapijoje su patyrusiu Nyderlandų geštalto supervizoriumi ir terapeutu Marten Bos.
Martenas atvyksta į Lietuvą pirmą kartą, veda mokymus Nyderlanduose, Ukrainoje, Bulgarijoje, Suomijoje ir Lenkijoje.
Geštalto terapeutai savo psichoterapinėje praktikoje remiasi dialogo principais, santykiu Aš ir Tu. Tai yra lygiaverčiai santykiai su klientu, mes žiūrime į kiekvieną žmogų kaip į unikalų žmogų su savo istorija ir patirtimi. Ir nedarome iš jo paciento, neskubame "klijuoti etikečių". Tačiau kiekviename santykyje yra ir galios dinamika, santykyje turime labai daug įsisąmonintų ir neįsisąmonintų procesų, savo istorijas, įsitikinimus ar traumas, kurios veikia mus čia ir dabar psichoterapeuto kabinete.
Šiuose mokymuose daugiausia dėmesio skirsime bendro lauko suvokimui, kaip laukas organizuoja ir įtakoja mus, kaip kurti dialoginius santykius su klientu, ir tyrinėsime, kokie yra galimi spąstai ir iššūkiai geštalto terapeuto darbe. Mokysimės, kaip savo praktikoje taikyti lauko teoriją ir dialogo principus.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION IN ENGLISH
Quote of Harm Siemens (founder of Dutch Gestalt Institute): “Don't make a patient out of your client.”
In other words, in our work as gestalt professionals we are human beings meeting another human being. Not the object "the therapist/coach" and the object "the patient", but experiencing a real dialogical subject - subject relation. In this we try to avoid focussing on the problem, the single story, the single "problematic" identity of our client.
In every relation there is a difference in power. The relational power as professional, as member of a social, cultural, economic majority or minority, with all the belonging privileges and marginalisations. Reflecting on - and dealing with the influences of power needs "field awareness". How to be aware of the influences the introjects, projections connected to social positions, identity, background, believe systems, etc.
In this we need awareness about our bias, prejudice, blind spots and the not knowing. In order to be aware of what becomes figure in our relation and how it is influenced by positions, rituals, language, gestures, norms and values, knowledge, systemic values, etc.
As Anias Nin says: “We don’t see the world as it is, we see the world as we are.”
In this training we will focus on our field awareness, how the field organises objects instead of subjects. How to create a situation where we and our clients both are present with- and invited to raise awareness of the power of multiple stories/identities. To create a real dialogical situation. We will work with a methodology and theory influenced by both Gestalt and Intersectionality, to raise awareness about power and pitfalls in the relation.
