Philip King and I are coming to East Street Tap on Thursday 21st November as guests of the excellent monthly Video Affects night which is run and hosted by Jak Hutchcraft and Jason Bick. Phil's film 'Lush : A Far From Home Movie', which is already doing well in a few international short film festivals, will be shown as part of the evening and afterwards will be a Q&A, with no doubt in-depth and insightful questions asked by old friend and compadre James Endeacott. Also giving a talk that evening, and actually also over from Hastings/St Leonards, will be film afficionado Kim Taylor-Foster. (She also runs an excellent record/coffee shop in St Leonards called Dark Circles Coffee and Music Bar, if you didn't already know that). It will be an excellent evening as regulars of this night already know. There will also be a TV and film themed quiz and much fun will be had by all.
