Join our newest run clubs this fall, train for the VIDA @thrive_dc 5K, and kick off the season with fellow runners!
📍 At VIDA City Vista, enjoy a 3 mile loop starting from the club to the National Mall and back. RSVP to [email protected].
📍 Head to VIDA Reston on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, where you can team up with Jenna S., an accomplished runner and VIDA Personal Trainer. You'll start with a dynamic warm-up on the turf, running drills on the W&OD trail, and a refreshing stretch to wrap it all up. RSVP to [email protected].
