Join GTCO for an OLYMPIC SIZED Field Day event on FRIDAY JUNE 21st!! Field Day is hosted by your favorite KNO & Camp Staff and held at the FRANKLIN COMMUNITY PARK & POOL (301 E. 6th Street, Franklin, OH 45005). During this special event, GTCO reserves private use of the Soccer Fields, Shelter, and Pool. During our Field Day participants will divide into teams for games, relays, tug-o-war, team activities and will end the night swimming at the Franklin Pool! Participants will compete for the GOLD and everyone will walk away a WINNER!
Due to the popularity of this event, we have limited registration to 45 students. Only registered participants will be allowed to participate in Field Day and attend the pool party.
In the event of inclement weather, GTCO will move the event to the MAIN GYM (500 Conover Drive). Parents will be notified by email and posted on your social media pages by 4pm. No refunds or credit will be given.
Parents must pre-register online via our parent portal at www.gtcohio.com, by phone 937-746-2213, or in person with our front desk. All participants must have a registration from on file.
FRIDAY JUNE 21st at the FRANKLIN COMMUNITY PARK (301 E. 6th Street, Franklin, 45005)
5-9pm - Drop will be at the Soccer Shelter located next to the pool.
Cost?
$45 for 1st child, $40 for 2nd, $35 for each additional child
Pre-registration required. No refunds on special events, camps, or clinics. Please notify GTCO a minimum of 48 hours prior to events for account credit if your child is unable to attend.
Ages?
Entering 1st grade and older recommended
Please note - our Kids Night Out are DROP OFF events. These events are supervised by our staff and follow a detailed activity schedule designed to keep your child entertained, moving, and engaged. Parents MUST sign their child in and out at each event.
**GTCO staff will provide each student with a wrist band during this event. We have reserved private use of the soccer field, shelter, and pool for this event. No additional children or adults will be allowed to stay during this event. Pick up will be at 9pm at the Franklin Community Pool.
In the event your child is being disruptive, unsafe, or putting others at risk they will be removed at the discretion of our Event Staff. No refunds will be given if your child is removed.
