📜 Event Overview
Join world-renowned paranormal investigator and author Nicole Beauchamp on Saturday, September 6th for a haunted evening inside Lansing’s Historic and Haunted REO Town Marketplace.
Nicole will be selling and signing copies of her brand-new book, Haunted French Quarter Hotels, launching worldwide August 5th. Meet the author, grab your signed copy, enjoy refreshments, and explore Voodoo’s Oddtiques and the OtherSide Paranormal Museum during this exclusive kickoff event.
Then, as night falls, prepare for a chilling and immersive Victorian New Orleans–style séance conducted by Nicole herself. This unique experience features haunted artifacts from both her Traveling Haunted Museum and the OtherSide Paranormal and Mortuary Science Museum.

🕰️ Itinerary
6:00–8:00 PM – Book Signing & Meet the Author (FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC)
Enjoy refreshments, meet Nicole, purchase signed books, and explore both the voodoo shop and haunted museum during this open house–style portion.
8:00–8:30 PM – Break / Setup
A great time to grab a drink, visit the restroom, or get a bite to eat before the séance begins.
8:30–10:30 PM – Séance Session One
Join Nicole Beauchamp for a two-hour guided séance featuring haunted artifacts and immersive spirit communication.
🔔 Please note: All participants must exit promptly at 10:30 PM to allow setup for the next group.
10:30–11:00 PM – Break / Reset
Another short break to rest, refresh, and prepare the space for the second session.
11:00 PM–1:00 AM – Séance Session Two
Same format as Session One.

• The séance is $70 per person
• Includes admission to one two-hour séance session PLUS free access to the book signing event
