Everyone is cordially invited to enjoy an afternoon of Flowers, Fans, and Flirting as we enjoy a traditional Victorian Summer Tea! Hosted by DBE Chapters Lady Nancy Astor and Somerset House, the Tea will feature a guest speaker who will tell us all we need to know about flirting Victorian style! Other fun activities include a hat contest and a costume contest so be sure to arrive in your best Victorian fashions! Booths will be available to shop and will be selling themed items such as bouquets.
