Victorian Gardening Tea with the Blair Garden Club

Guests to the Baker Mansion are always captivated by our lovely garden spaces that are located around the property. While they may not be the original gardens, they reflect the design and placement of the garden spaces that Hetty and Anna Baker oversaw more than a century ago. Additionally, our gardens contain some of the very same plant species that the Bakers installed all those years ago!
All of this botanical beauty is thanks to the work of the Blair Garden Club, and we wanted to make their work the focus of our next afternoon tea!
You are invited to join us on Saturday, August 15 at 2:00 PM for our Victorian Gardening Tea with the Blair Garden Club! Alongside our usual spread of homemade hors d'oeuvres and selected teas, this event will feature a special presentation by Blair Garden Club members on the history of the Baker Mansion's gardens, Victorian-era gardening practices, and what all projects the club is involved in around our area!
