The Governor and First Lady invite you to enjoy a splendid day in the gardens of Woodburn, the Governor's Mansion. Listen to the sounds of a the Fort Delaware Cornet Band, stroll through the grounds, see historic bicycle displays from the Wheelmen, and enjoy free tea and pastries, all with a Victorian flair. Dressing up is not required, but heavily encouraged! Tours of the mansion will also be available throughout the day. Stop by any time between 10 AM and 3 PM to delight in this FREE program. This program is funded in part by the Delaware Division of the Arts.
