146 Kingston Street, Victoria, at Marina Level (Behind Coast Victoria Hotel & Marina)
⚠️ Please proceed directly to the marina. Do NOT enter or ask the hotel reception for directions or event information.
⏰ Schedule
🕠 Check-In Opens: 5:30 PM
🛳 Boarding: 6:00 PM
⚓ Departure: 7:00 PM Sharp
🌙 Return: 10:00 PM
The vessel departs promptly at 7:00 PM. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and no refunds will be issued for missed departures.
👗 Dress Code
🤍 ALL WHITE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED
Guests not following the dress code may be refused entry at the Organizer’s discretion.
🍻 Bar Service
A fully licensed cash/card bar will be available onboard serving beer, coolers, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
Please drink responsibly.
• All ticket sales are FINAL.
• No refunds, exchanges or transfers will be provided for any reason including illness, personal circumstances, travel delays, weather preferences, schedule conflicts or failure to attend.
• Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the Organizer and no rescheduled date is offered.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, entertainment lineup, vessel, boarding procedures or event details without prior notice if required.
The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, interruption or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Severe weather
• Government restrictions
• Marine or navigational safety concerns
• Mechanical or operational issues
• Acts of God
• Fire
• Flood
• Public health emergencies
• Labour disputes
• Security concerns
• Any other force majeure event.
Where applicable, the Organizer may reschedule the event at its sole discretion.
This is a strictly 19+ event.
TWO Government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
No valid ID = No Entry.
Smoking, vaping and the use of cannabis or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere onboard.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
• Please drink responsibly.
• No intoxicated or disorderly behaviour.
• No harassment, violence or discrimination.
• No outside alcohol, food or beverages.
• Follow all instructions from event staff, security and vessel crew.
• Guests who fail to follow event policies may be refused boarding or removed from the event without refund.
