Join other like-minded motoring enthusiasts at a new exciting Cars & Coffee event.
This being a new event at a new location, we ask that if you do plan on attending, please click “going” on the Facebook event so that we can get a good gauge on how many people to expect! Since the first event, parking and traffic control has been re-visited to be smoother and quicker, to support the high number of attendees. We ask that if you bring your daily driver, or in general a car that you don’t wish to have on display, please park in the areas surrounding Victoria Park.

Participant Terms and Conditions:

By entering the display area, participants with vehicles implicitly agree to these terms and conditions.

1. The “event” means Vic Park Pit Stop taking place at the venue on the day of entry, and the venue means the display area advised to participants.
2. The South Australian Motor Sport Board are the organiser of the event.
3. All participants must comply with the instructions and directives of the organisers and the staff of the venue at all times, while inside or accessing the venue for the purpose of the event.
4. Participants also accept that the organiser reserves the right to refuse any entry without necessarily assigning a reason.
5. Alcohol, skids and reckless behaviour will NOT be tolerated. Monitoring systems will be in place at the exit of the venue and footage of hooning will be shared with local authorities and individuals will be banned from future events.
6. The organisers, promoters and venue of the event, their agents and employees, accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or to any participant or their vehicle by any means, act or omission or through any circumstances. The participant hereby agrees to indemnify and save harmless the organisers, promoters and sponsors of this event, their agents and employees from all actions, suits, claims, proceedings or demands or loss howsoever arising out of the entrant participating in a vehicle display.
7. The participant warrants that they are the legal custodian of the vehicle at the time of the event, the vehicle is road registered and insured, and all drivers of the vehicle have a legally valid Driver’s License.
8. All vehicles must be removed after the event according to the organiser’s instructions. Failure to do so will result in handling and storage charges.
9. The organiser reserves the right to change dates due to force majeure or factors outside the organiser’s control and a reschedule doesn’t entitle the participants to any recourse for costs incurred from intending to participate.
10. All content generated by the organiser in relation to the event, including images of vehicles displayed at the event, remains the property of the organiser and the organiser reserves the right to use this content for its own promotions across all media channels and as it sees fit.
