Vibrations of Vitality: Energy Medicine Tools & Sound Immersion

This transformative workshop explores the art of release through simple energy techniques. The experience culminates in a restorative sound healing journey designed to support releasing, as well as nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and the rewriting of limiting patterns.

This immersive workshop begins with Teresa Lake, Advanced Eden Method Practitioner and owner of Lake Healing Center, who will teach you simple energy medicine techniques, with a focus on the metal element, to help release what is old and heavy (or no longer serving your life) so your energies can circulate more freely.

The workshop will gently transition into a sound bath meditation led by Sarah Spearin, a Certified Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing Practitioner and owner of Syncing Into Bliss. Sarah will guide the journey with a variety of meditative instruments, creating space to release stagnant patterns that no longer serve your path. This immersive experience fosters clarity, inner strength, and harmony. You will leave feeling grounded, renewed, and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.

All props will be provided. Each person will be offered a yoga mat, bolster, blanket, head and eye pillow.
