Vibrations of the Heart: Vision Board & Sound Bath

Vibrations of the Heart is a heart-led visioning experience designed to help you step into 2026, the Year of Freedom and the Year of the Horse with clarity, embodiment, and creative power.

Rather than approaching goal-setting from the mind alone, this experience invites you to feel your vision first in your body, your breath, and your heart — and then bring it to life through journaling and intuitive vision boarding.

We’ll begin with a guided visualization and sound bath meditation, taking you on an inner journey aligned. Through sound, imagery, and breath, you’ll be invited to connect with the vibration of your heart and the dreams, desires, and intentions that want to move through you in this next chapter. You’ll practice feeling the energy of your goals, not just thinking about them & allowing your nervous system to align with what you’re calling in.
From this grounded, open state, you’ll transition into journaling and vision board creation, translating your inner vision into a tangible, creative expression.

Bonus: Ceremonial-grade Cacao from Peru will be served to support a heart-centered experience.
