Our breath is the gateway to love—a bridge between the mind and the heart, guiding us back to our truest state: pure love. With every inhale, we invite self-love and compassion. With every exhale, we release self-doubt, fear, and the stories that no longer serve us.

Join us for an afternoon of breath, sound, and cacao.

We will begin with a cacao ceremony to open the heart and deepen our connection to the Self. Next, we’ll use the power of breath to soften the barriers around our hearts, letting love flow freely within and around us. And we finish with sound, raising our collective vibration to one of love, spreading the healing vibes into the world around us.

What to Expect

Cacao Ceremony: Begin by connecting to the heart-opening energy of ceremonial cacao. We will sip this sacred medicine together, set intentions, and invite love and compassion to flow freely.

Guided Meditation: Relax into a soothing guided meditation designed to ground your body, calm your mind, and align your energy for the journey ahead.

Breathwork Session: Engage in a powerful 40-minute breathwork session, tapping into deeper layers of consciousness and connecting with your intentions on a profound level.

Sound Bath Healing: Surrender to the soothing vibrations of a 30-minute sound bath, featuring crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments.
