Vibrations & Vital Points

A Sound Bowl & 5NP Auricular Acupuncture Experience
Join us at Essig Recreation Center for a little rest, relaxation, and nervous system nourishment!
We're combining two beautiful healing modalities into one deeply relaxing experience.
✨ Sound Bowl Healing – Allow the soothing vibrations and resonant tones of singing bowls to wash over you, encouraging deep relaxation, quieting the mind, and helping release the tension we carry through everyday life.
🌿 5NP Auricular Acupuncture (AcuDetox) – Five tiny needles are gently placed in specific points on each ear to support relaxation, emotional balance, stress relief, and a calmer nervous system. Many participants report improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and an overall sense of peace.
Together, these practices create an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and give your mind, body, and spirit a much-needed reset.
💚 This is a donation-based community offering! We believe healing and wellness should be accessible to everyone. Give what you can, and come as you are.
