Relax and unwind with the magical combination of Yin Yoga and Himalayan singing bowls. Ashley Weber will lead you through a nourishing yin yoga practice as Kim Humphrey plays Himalayan Singing bowls in traditional sequences to fill the room with soothing vibrations. Kim will also offer to play a singing bowl on your body during the class, which adds a deeper level of relaxation and vibrational healing that penetrates through the physical body. At the end of class, you’ll rest into a short Yoga Nidra meditation, immersed in a sound bath with the Himalayan Bowls, leading you into deep silence and stillness. A special blend of seasonal herbal tea will be served after the yoga nada, to help you ground and move back into the world.
This is truly the best way to take a break for yourself, and unwind from your week!
