Join us for an evening of deep rest, energetic alignment, and vibrational healing.Facilitated by Sound Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher Kathleen Hubbard, RN of Jivana, this immersive experience blends the ancient practice of sound meditation with gentle hands-on energy healing.
The evening will begin and close with gentle live guitar music by Jeff Pingeton, creating a warm, grounding atmosphere to help you settle in and gently return. His soothing melodies beautifully frame the vibrational journey, allowing for a seamless transition into stillness and back again.
For thousands of years, sound has been used as a powerful tool to quiet the busy mind, soothe emotional turbulence, and guide us into expanded states of awareness and profound inner peace.
As you rest in an extended Shavasana (yogic sleep), Kathleen will bathe you in healing frequencies using a variety of instruments, including singing bowls, drums, rattles, gongs, and more. The layered vibrations help calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and restore harmony within.
Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. This is your time to rest, reset, and realign with a higher vibration.
