This is going to be a monthly event on the last Friday of the month! 💕
Sauna is optional. $35 per person if using the sauna, and $25 no sauna.
Please bring what you need to lay on the ground for approx. 60 minutes. I recommend a yoga mat, blanket, and pillows to support the neck, and knees.
