Vibes On Wheels

Vibes on Wheels is a 4-hour curated food, drinks, and social crawl designed to bring the Colorado Springs Black Connections (CSBC) and BlackMenBrunchToo communities together in a fun, elevated, and intentional way. We’ll be hopping on a party bus and visiting select Black-owned restaurants and bars throughout the city while enjoying exclusive drink specials, tastings, and good energy at every stop.
This experience is all about connection, culture, and community. Expect great music, food, drinks, prizes, and games all while enjoying a smooth, stress free experience from start to finish.

1. Get Your Ticket: Purchase your ticket in advance to secure your spot. Seats are limited and tickets will increase as we get closer to the event.
2. Check-In: Arrive at the designated check-in location listed on your ticket. You’ll receive your wristband, CSBC swag bag, and access to the digital Vibes on Wheels crawl map
3. Enjoy The Experience: Use your wristband for party bus access, free entry, exclusive drink and food specials, and win prizes along the way

Arrive On Time
Check-in is from 2:45–3:45 PM. The bus departs at 4:15 PM sharp and we cannot delay departure

Bring Your ID
This is a 21+ event. A valid government-issued ID is required for entry and wristband pickup

Pace Yourself
This is a 4-hour curated experience. Enjoy the specials, but vibe responsibly so you can enjoy every stop

Dress Cute & Comfortable
You’ll be boarding and exiting the bus at multiple venues so think stylish but practical

Vibes on Wheels is about celebrating culture, connection, and supporting Black-owned businesses in Colorado Springs. We ask all attendees to:

• Drink responsibly
• Respect each venue and its staff
• Treat fellow guests with kindness
• Follow all check-in and transportation instructions

Anyone displaying disruptive behavior may be removed from the event without refund.

Transportation between venues is included via the Local Motive Party Bus. Once the crawl ends, guests are responsible for their own ride home. We encourage arranging a safe ride in advance if needed.
