About this Event
One night. One challenge, announced live so nobody can pre-cook their glory. A room full of San Diego's finest AI builders, tinkerers, and "I just got into this last week" enthusiasts, all racing to build the single sloppiest thing humanly possible before the clock runs out.
No panels. No pitch decks. No one asking you to "circle back."

🛠️ How It Works
The challenge drops live at 6:30 — nobody knows it beforehand, so nobody's showing up with a secret head start. From there, you've got a set window to build, solo or in a scrappy little team, using whatever AI tools you can get your hands on. When time's up, everyone shows their work to the room, and a panel of judges (also, let's be honest, just vibing) crowns the sloppiest of the sloppy. Expect chaos, expect last-minute duct tape, expect at least one demo that breaks live on stage.

Come compete, come spectate, come mingle with the people actually building San Diego's AI scene — either way, you'll have a better night than you would at another panel discussion.

Because the best parts of any tech scene happen in person, not in group chats. Because a little competition brings out better work — and better stories — than a quiet demo table ever could.
