We welcome all of our Vibe Tribe members to join us at our next group meet-up.
This event will include a couple different activities along with our member casual networking! Take part in all or just one part of the event.
You MUST RSVP in order to attend! Do so by DMing the Vibe Tribe Group hosts through messenger.
Schedule:
10am- Doors open
10:10am- Introduction by Natasha Dobbins owner of Black Lotus Spiritual and Tattoo
10:15-11:00 am- Concurrent Activities: Yin Yoga & Sound Bath therapy
11:00-1pm - Networking and refreshments

Activities at a glance:
Yin Yoga led by Gretchen Arroyo of Ethereal Yoga & Herbs is a meditative yoga practice focused on lengthening the connective tissue through poses promoting stretching.
While you are practicing, Megan Gray of Sacred Root will create a sound journey for us using various instruments and sound bowls.
We will end our practice with a lovely guided meditation. Please bring your own yoga mat & blanket and pillow/ bolster. Should you not be able or want to participate in the Yoga activity, you are certainly welcome to lay on your mat in savasana pose.
