We welcome all of our Vibe Tribe members to join us at our next group meet-up.
This event will include a couple different activities along with our member casual networking! Take part in all or just one part of the event.
You MUST RSVP in order to attend! Do so by DMing the Vibe Tribe Group through messenger.

10am- Doors open
10:10am- Introduction by Sara Baldonado owner of My Wellness Center
10:15-11:15pm- Concurrent Activities: Yin Yoga & EESystem light therapy
11:15-1pm - Networking and refreshments

Activities at a glance:
Yin Yoga led by Gretchen Arroyo of Ethereal Yoga & Herbs is a meditative yoga practice focused on lengthening the connective tissue through poses promoting stretching. Each pose is held for an extended period of time with the help of guided breathwork. Yin yoga is wonderful in helping to achieve both regaining and maintaining range of motion. We will end our practice with a lovely guided meditation. Please bring your own yoga mat & blanket or pillow.
Should you not be able or want to participate in the Yoga activity, we invite you to 1 of 16 lounge recliner chairs to experience EESystem light therapy.
