Vibe & Sound is a free-flowing, intuitive sound experience:

• No set structure or schedule — intuition leads the way
• Bring your journal, book, knitting, or simply your breath
• Move, rest, or lay down — engage however feels right
• Once Sylvia begins, the space shifts into a silent, immersive sound flow

This is a space to pause, breathe, and connect with yourself and the energy of the room.
