POKER PLAYERS: Brookville VFW Post #2014 will begin winter poker tournaments on Saturday, October 18th, and monthly on the 3rd Saturday through March….maybe April. No entrance fee other than optional 50/50 participation for $5 minimum. Buy-in will be in $20 increments. $1 ante goes to house. $1 open; $1 raise; maximum 3 raises. Dealer choice of 4 games: 5 card draw (4 card max draw); 5 card stud (1 down, 3up, 1 down); straight 7 (2 down, 4 up, 1 down); 5 card show down. Progressive deal. 2 decks includes jokers as wild card. Naturals beat wild cards on ties. Royal flush beats 5 of a kind. OPEN TO PUBLIC. 7pm to 10 pm. See you there!
