MAY THE CARDS BE IN YOUR FAVOR!!!
-----====== RULES ======-----
Before A Round Begins
-- Groups / games / positions are generated
-- There will be only ONE ROUND of pre-round casting
-- All players may elect to play any card that says “cast before round begins”
-- All cards must be placed on the casting platform (bar/table). All cards placed on the casting platform cannot be detracted and must be played
-- A randomized order for all platform cards must be determined, and then casted one at a time in the order provided (random.org)
Rounds/Gameplay Can Now Begin
-- Any player that wishes to cast a card during gameplay must place the card on the glass of the machine in order for the card to be officially activated.
-- It is up to each individual player to follow the rules of each cast. Any player that does not follow the casting rules will either suffer the consequences on the card, or be subject to a ruling by the
Critical Hit Wizard (TD)
Tip: Although in tournaments it is typical to stop playing when you are ahead on ball 3, you should play out your full game. There are cards that give extra balls, or cards that allow players to play their game again, etc.
End of Round
-- After games end, there is one more opportunity to play cards. Cards used at this point must be made within one minute of the game’s end, OR before the Critical Hit Wizard (TD) declares the round has been completed
Gameplay
-- Obtain 3 strikes and you are out
-- Once eliminated, you must give your remaining unplayed cards to the winner of your group’s game
Other
-- Targeting players and collaboration is a part of the game. If you’re a good player, expect to be targeted early and often. If friends are playing, expect them to work together, but also…
-- Do not trust anyone. Counting on others in your group to work together to avoid a strike can be a recipe for failure.
-- There should be a designated area for all casted cards so they do not get lost.
-- Please do not wrinkle or bend the cards, such as putting them in your pants pocket unless they are protected (wallet). As an alternative, put your cards on a table covered by your phone for safe keeping.
