Join us Monday, August 17, 2026, for an unforgettable evening featuring Vezer Family Vineyard wines and a special presentation by the winery owner.
Chef Amanda has crafted a three-course menu designed to showcase the character and complexity of these exceptional wines:
✨ Watermelon spoon with feta mousse, micro basil, chili oil & smoked Maldon salt
🦐 Shrimp & Granny Smith apple ceviche with jicama, coconut milk, citrus and taro chips
Paired with Vezer Family Vineyard Blue Victorian Sauvignon Blanc
🥩 Smoked braised pork belly with Carolina Gold middlins, grain mustard cream, shishito peppers, pickled corn, watermelon radish and fennel
Paired with Vezer Family Vineyard Cassie Petite Sirah
🍫 Chocolate meringue "chips" with mixed berry salsa, vanilla crema and chocolate glaze
Paired with Vezer Family Vineyard Lizzy Cabernet Sauvignon
$85 per person plus tax and gratuity payable the evening of the dinner.
