Celebrate Veterans Day Weekend with us at the first-ever Vets, Pets & Music Fest! This exciting, one-of-a-kind fundraising event is designed to raise awareness and support for our veteran patients, Pet Peace of Mind program, and music therapy services—all essential programs provided by Community Hospice & Palliative Care®.Community Hospice & Palliative Care® is a national leader in palliative and hospice care, but many of the special services we offer go beyond what's covered by insurance. Join us in supporting three impactful programs that enrich the lives of our patients and their families:
Honoring Veterans: We pay tribute to veterans with special pinning ceremonies and service branch flags displayed at our inpatient centers.
Pet Peace of Mind®: Helping patients keep their pets with them as long as possible and assisting with adoption or boarding costs after a patient passes.
Music Therapy: Our full-time music therapists provide comfort and connection through personalized music sessions.
