Invisible Vets invites members of the media, Northeast Indiana and the Fort Wayne community to join us for VetFest at Headwaters Park, a free, family-friendly festival celebrating our nation’s veterans. The event takes place Saturday, August 16, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Headwaters Park in downtown Fort Wayne
Highlights include:
Live music from headliner TRIBUTE-an Arena Rock Experience, Jmb Jmbmusic and Section 8 an all-veteran band
DJ CEO will keep you dancin’ between live performances
Food trucks featuring the iconic Whip & Chill Fire Engine, balloon artists, body art by Boho StudioArts, military displays, a kids play area brought to you by Texas Roadhouse Fort Wayne, cornhole, giant jenga/connect 4, veteran testimonials, and so much more
A silent auction with premium items to include; Kate Spade/Michael Kors purses, TinCaps high end prize package (select 1 option out of 3 prizes), a love seat, peg perego, Savannah Bananas World Tour team The Party Animals official louisville slugger autographed bat, a $2,000 Jared Galleria gift card, a vitamix and much more.
A 100-bottle wine pull ($30/pull) with the average value per bottle over $60 to include 5 elite chase bottles over $299/each.

This event marks the realization of a longtime dream by local Army veteran and Invisible Vets founder Jim Garigen, aimed at honoring those who served and strengthening community bonds.
