Veterans Support Rally ~ Tomah

We're holding a rally of support near the Tomah VA facility to coincide with the VA’s annual Veteran’s Recognition Day. You are encouraged to join us! Sign up: https://www.mobilize.us/wisdems/event/1079913/
We will be present at the intersection of Veterans Street and Superior Avenue at 9:00 AM holding signs showing our support for our veterans and active-duty service members, including support for the benefits they deserve.
All citizens in Monroe County have directly or indirectly benefitted from living in a community with a military base in our presence. Monroe County Dems wish to show our support of the American military’s long history of commitment to our local community, and more importantly, their sworn commitment to defend our sacred democratic republic and its Constitution.
Park in the lot next to O'Reilly Auto Parts, and bring non-perishable foods for donation to our local food pantry.
Accessibility: No stairs or steps; Mainly flat ground.
