We will be performing x-rays, exams, cleanings, fillings and extractions at NO COST for veterans.
-All Veterans eligible-proof required (DD214, NGB22, VA Card)
-Veterans are asked to bring a current list of medications
-Veterans are asked to bring a list of medical problems
-With only a limited amount of time, only the most emergent teeth will be addressed. This event is not intended to provide comprehensive care.
-Follow up with your regular dentist may be needed.
