Join Collins St Neighborhood Council for our 2nd Annual Veterans Day Tribute!This year we will host a special recognition to WWII Veteran Joseph Belman who celebrated his 100th birthday this year! TSGT Belman has been an active community member in the Joliet area and has spent his life advocating for local veterans and honoring their legacies.
