VETERANS DAY PARADE & CEREMONYJoin us as we celebrate our Veterans and as we remember their selfless service. Come and watch the parade, listen to music honoring our great country, and give a hand to those who have served and protected the freedoms our forefathers fought for.
Show your support from the side-lines and enjoy beautiful floats, marching bands, veteran groups, and more. We’re asking the community to line Country Club & Southern to cheer on local Veterans. Make signs, wave your flags, and show your support!
Everyone is welcome to participate in the parade; you don’t have to be a Veteran or Veteran-related organization to march in the parade. There is NO FEE to enter in the parade. The parade lineup location will be Country Club Drive beginning at 8:00 a.m. The parade will kick off at 10:00 a.m. and travel east down Southern Boulevard. The parade will end at the Veterans Memorial Park located on Pinetree Road adjacent to the Esther Bone Memorial Library. Immediately following the parade, a ceremony honoring our Veterans will be held at Veterans Memorial Park. Ceremony will start at approximately 11:00 am.
